If I can’t find what I am looking for, does that mean you don’t have it?

Not at all. We have a huge selection of Steinway pianos in our warehouse. These pianos are waiting to be restored and are available to be pre-ordered and customized to your specifications.

Do you deliver out-of-state?

Yes! We deliver pianos all over the world. Our vast network of moving professionals takes great care with every instrument so that your pianos arrives to your destination in pristine condition.

What is your payment policy?

We require a minimum deposit of 20% by check, wire transfer, or credit card. Occasionally, deposit amounts vary depending on the instrument or the nature of the work.

Can you restore my own piano?

Absolutely! We are happy to evaluate your piano and provide you with a restoration quote.

Do you rent pianos?

We do not specifically rent pianos, however, we do provide pianos for your use, free of charge, while your piano is being restored.
